Calm authority and humanity. Preferably experienced in healthcare governance, oversight or complex multi-stakeholder environments.
Financially reliable, precise and transparent. Responsible for bookkeeping, donation management, annual accounts and reporting to donors and grant bodies.
Structure, documentation, decisions and records. You keep the governance agenda, take minutes and ensure decisions are clearly recorded.
GP, psychologist, psychiatrist, or professional in mental health, social welfare or youth care. You bring substantive knowledge of where the system fails.
GDPR, legal processes, patient rights or ethics. You ensure the Foundation always operates within legal and ethical frameworks.
Knowing what it feels like from the inside, and translating that experience into systemic insights. This role is held by Rogér Castelijn, founder.
