1. Who is responsible?

2. What data do we process?
This website currently has no contact form and no user accounts. When you contact us by email or telephone, we may process the information you provide, including your name, contact details, organisation, question and correspondence.
The hosting provider may process technical log data needed to keep the website secure and available, such as IP address, time, requested page, browser information and error messages.
3. Why do we process data?
- to answer questions and requests;
- to maintain contact about partnerships, governance, media or support;
- to protect the website and investigate technical problems;
- to meet legal obligations;
- to protect legitimate interests such as preventing misuse and fraud.
4. Experiences of care
The foundation is not an individual support, complaint or case-handling service. Experiences are collected through the dedicated Caretrap environment. Do not send medical files, citizen service numbers or other unnecessarily sensitive information by ordinary email.
5. Legal bases
Depending on the situation, we process personal data because it is necessary to respond to a request or agreement, on the basis of consent, to meet a legal obligation or because of a legitimate interest.
6. Sharing with others
We do not sell personal data. Data is shared only when necessary for service delivery, security, hosting or legal obligations. Where required, we make data-protection and confidentiality arrangements with processors.
7. Retention periods
We keep personal data no longer than necessary. Ordinary correspondence is generally deleted when its purpose has been completed, unless longer retention is required for administration, agreements, disputes or legal duties. Technical logs are deleted according to the hosting environment’s retention periods.
8. External websites
This website links to Caretrap, YouTube and GoFundMe. When you open an external website, that provider’s privacy policy applies. The foundation does not control data processing on external platforms.
9. Your rights
You may request access, correction, deletion, restriction or transfer of personal data. You may also object or withdraw consent. Send requests to info@stichtingzorgfuik.nl. We may ask for additional information to verify your identity.
You may also submit a complaint to the Dutch Data Protection Authority.
10. Security and changes
We use appropriate technical and organisational measures. No system is entirely risk-free. This statement may be updated when the website, organisation or applicable law changes.
